Anyone can list it. Revabid does the rest.
From surplus on the floor to a winning bid, in three steps: list your lot, let it sell, get paid.

- 01 — LIST
Describe your lot
Sign up as a seller and we run a short business verification together, so buyers know they are dealing with a verified company. Then describe the lot: material, quantity and condition, with clear photos so buyers know exactly what to expect. Because the surplus trade prices by the kilo, the built-in calculator turns your total lot price into a price per kilogram automatically. Every lot is checked internally before it goes live, so the information holds up.
- 02 — SELL
Reviewed, then live
Once your lot is live, verified buyers worldwide can bid on it and you follow the bidding from your account. You see the current highest bid — there are no negotiations behind closed doors. A bid placed just before closing shifts the closing time slightly, so your lot gets its fair value, and every bid on it is binding for the buyer, which makes a winning bid a certain sale.
- 03 — GET PAID
Escrow releases to you
You never deliver upfront: we confirm the buyer has paid first, and once ownership has transferred the escrow funds are released to you. If a buyer does not pay, the lot stays yours. What the sale costs you and what protects your own market is set out below.
What selling costs and protects
- 10% from each side
- buyer and seller pay the same 10% commission, and only on a completed sale. No hidden fees, no surprises on your payout.
- Market protection
- block the countries you sell in yourself and your lot stays invisible to buyers there, so your surplus never competes with your own market.
- Incoterms per lot
- Ex Works by default, alternatives can be specified.
- Logistics support
- export documentation, certificates and transport, for both sides.
- CO₂e Reduction Certificate
- issued after a completed auction, for your ESG reporting.
